General setup information
Can I block bookings or insert breaks?
Yes, you can block time slots or insert breaks using the “Extra opening/closed hours” function. This feature allows you to set specific periods when bookings are not possible, be it for breaks, holidays or other events. This gives you the flexibility to adjust the availability of your appointment scheduler and ensure that your customers can only book at the times you want them to.
Is there a way to automatically send reminders to customers?
Yes, termin-direkt offers the option of sending automatic reminders to customers. These reminders can be sent via email or SMS which help to ensure your customers don't forget their appointments and reduce no-shows. You can specify the timing and content of the notification, so that you can inform your customers effectively and ensure that your appointments run smoothly.
How can I add my colleagues to the booking system and how can I manage their authorizations?
You can easily create an account for your employees and adjust their access levels using the “Users” menu. Here you have the opportunity to specify which functions and data the employee is allowed to access, be it the full system functionality or only certain calendars. This means you can easily control which employee can access the system, to what extent, and which responsibilities they are allowed to take.
Can I customize the colors and design of the booking system to fit my brand?
Our system offers flexible customization options through the use of custom CSS. This allows you to set unique colors, fonts, spacing, and other visual characteristics to ensure the booking system matches your brand design. Do I have to sign a contract to use termin-direkt?
No separate contract is necessary to use termin-direkt. It works on a subscription basis where you can simply sign up, set up your appointments and use the service by accepting our Terms and Conditions, without having to sign a special contract.
System and support
How can the booking system be integrated with my website?
With our integration assistant you can easily embed your booking system into your website. You will receive a code that you can simply paste into your website's source code. You can choose from different embedding options, like showing the booking process in an IFrame or opening it separately with a button. Please note that depending on your website's platform, adjustments may be necessary to optimally integrate the booking calendar.
How can I sync the booking system with my existing Google Calendar?
With the Google Calendar Sync function you can synchronize your Google Calendar with your online booking calendar. With the optional two-way synchronization setup, the appointments can be entered and managed in one of your calendars, and be displayed accordingly in the other system. Please note that synchronization is only available for the “Individual appointments” calendar type. “Courses & Events” calendars cannot be synchronized.
